The dual planetary power mixer allows for the selection of different speeds based on varying viscosities and processes, featuring short production cycles, fast delivery, wide applicability, and the ability to meet personalized customization requirements. The dual planetary mixer consists of two parts: a low-speed stirring device and a high-speed dispersing device. The low-speed stirring device can stir the slurry in the tank at low speed, with high power and large equivalent, under vacuum or inert gas protection. During the mixing process of the dual planetary mixer, slurries with different characteristics and mixing forms can form a turbulent flow field that does not change with the rotation of the stirrer. The establishment of this turbulent flow field enables rapid and uniform mixing of materials. The dispersing device of the dual planetary power mixer also comes in various forms, such as high-speed dispersion discs and high-speed dispersion emulsifiers. Its mechanism involves forming a strong shear stress field within a localized area, quickly dispersing secondary agglomerates, reducing their particle size, and promoting rapid dissolution. It meets the new requirements for mixing equipment systems arising from the continuous development of new slurry preparation processes.
